The KRK ROKIT 8 Generation Five Powered Studio Monitor delivers powerful, detailed and accurate monitoring for music production, mixing, mastering, recording and critical listening. Combining an 8-inch woven Kevlar® aramid fibre woofer, 1-inch silk dome tweeter, 203 watts of bi-amplified Class D power and advanced onboard DSP, the ROKIT 8 Generation Five gives producers and engineers the flexibility to tailor their monitoring to their room and workflow.
Designed for modern studios, the ROKIT 8 Generation Five features three selectable Voicing Modes — Mix, Focus and Create — allowing one monitor to adapt to different stages of music production. Mix Mode provides a flat response for mixing and mastering, Focus Mode emphasises the critical midrange for analysing vocals and instruments, while Create Mode offers a more inspirational voicing for songwriting, production and everyday listening.
Powerful 8-Inch Studio Monitor
The ROKIT 8 Generation Five features an 8-inch woven Kevlar® aramid fibre woofer designed for tight, controlled low and low-mid frequency reproduction. A newly designed 1-inch silk dome tweeter delivers smooth high-frequency performance and extends the frequency range up to 40 kHz.
With a 203-watt bi-amplified Class D amplifier system, the ROKIT 8 provides plenty of power while maintaining efficient operation and accurate transient response. The monitor is capable of up to 111 dB maximum SPL, making it suitable for a wide range of studio applications.

Mix Mode
Designed for accurate monitoring, mixing, mastering and critical listening with a flat frequency and phase response.
Focus Mode
A mid-focused voicing designed to help you critically analyse vocals, guitars, keyboards and other instruments concentrated in the midrange.
Create Mode
A more inspirational voicing suited to songwriting, music production, beat making and casual listening.

Room Tuning & Acoustic Control
Every studio environment is different. The ROKIT 8 Generation Five includes 25 boundary and tuning EQ combinations to help compensate for acoustic problems and optimise monitor performance within your room.
The monitor also works with the KRK Audio Tools App, which includes an acoustic real-time room analyser and EQ recommendation tools to help you achieve a more accurate monitoring setup.
Built for Accurate Studio Monitoring
A low-diffraction baffle helps improve stereo imaging and reduce distortion, while the front-ported bass reflex enclosure enhances low-frequency performance. Included acoustic foam wedge isolation pads help minimise unwanted resonance between the monitor and its supporting surface.
The ROKIT 8 Generation Five also includes magnetic faceplates, allowing you to use the monitor with or without the protective grille depending on your studio setup.
