SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
All stocked orders are picked and dispatched within 2 business days of the order being placed online. Business days do not include weekends (i.e. after 5pm on Friday - 11.59pm on Sunday). After dispatch, and depending on your shipping destination within Australia, shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days. All orders leave from our Warehouse located in North Rocks, NSW 2151.
Time frames are estimates and are vulnerable to variances. This is especially the case during peak seasons such as Christmas and EOFY may be extended, as based on the courier’s (Australia Post) capacity to meet demand.
In an unlikely scenario where we are unable to dispatch your order, for an example due to a stock discrepancy, we will notify you within 2 business days.
SHIPPING RATES
For orders that are ABOVE $300 in total value and UNDER 20Kgs in total cubic weight, Pro DJ HQ offers FREE shipping to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Canberra, Darwin and Adelaide CBD/metropolitan postcodes.
Eligibility for the above is automatically determined at the checkout. In a scenario where you believe discounted freight is not being automatically applied to your purchase, please contact the Pro DJ HQ sales team prior to placing your order and we will confirm the correct rates.
CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY WHEN RECEIVING GOODS
Damaged goods should not be accepted at the time of receiving your order. A thorough inspection is your responsibility and any signs of damage to your freight should be noted prior to acceptance. If your order includes multiple boxes, these will be labeled accordingly and the number of boxes received need to be reconciled. Take photos of any discrepancy or damages, with the date and time clearly evident. Evidence of damage on arrival is an essential component to processing your claim.
International Shipping:
Pro DJ HQ DOES NOT currently accept international orders t under any circumstances. Purchases are strictly to be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) and ship to Australian addresses.
RETURNS
RETURNS GENERAL POLICY
Our mission is to ensure your satisfaction across all purchases. Items purchased from Pro DJ HQ are eligible to be returned within 14 days from the delivery date for a credit, exchange or discretionary refund. Items that have been opened may be accepted for return at our professional discretion. Where a return is of a Change-of-Mind nature, a restocking fee amounting to 15% of the return item’s RRP will be applied. Costs to ship the returned item back to Pro DJ HQ are the responsibility of the customer, and any initial shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
Certain items stocked by Pro DJ HQ that are consumable in nature and have been opened, are not eligible to be refunded. These include, but are not limited to, headphones, in-ear monitors, vinyl records, stylus’ etc.
RETURNS UNDER PRODUCT WARRANTY
Where a manufacturing fault is the nature of your return, Pro DJ HQ will work with you as a matter of priority to facilitate the repair, or arrange a replacement under the warranty provided by the Australian distributor. Returns will initially be assessed by our team and Items found to be faulty due to abuse, mishandling or any sort of misuse will not qualify for warranty repair or replacement and may be refused.
PROCESS FOR RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM?
If you believe the item you purchased is faulty in any way, please contact our returns team via email sales@prodjhq.com.au or phone. To initiate a return assessment, we will require proof and details of your purchase including Order & Serial numbers, Item models and details/photos about your faulty equipment.
On initial assessment of your information, we will contact you with advice on the most suitable option to send your product to be repaired, whether that is Pro DJ HQ or a local repair centre.
