Professional Wireless DJ Headphones with Ultra-Low-Latency SonicLink Technology
Experience greater freedom behind the decks with the AlphaTheta HDJ-F9 Wireless DJ Headphones in Black. Designed for DJs who demand responsive monitoring, detailed sound and reliable performance, the HDJ-F9 combines innovative SonicLink wireless technology with powerful 40 mm drivers and a durable, flexible on-ear design.
With ultra-low-latency wireless audio, Bluetooth connectivity and the option of wired listening, these professional DJ headphones give you the flexibility to move naturally while mixing, practising or listening to music.
Ultra-Low-Latency SonicLink Wireless Audio
Cut the cable without compromising your DJ workflow. AlphaTheta’s proprietary SonicLink wireless technology delivers approximately 9 ms of latency, providing responsive audio monitoring designed for the timing and precision required when DJing.
Connect to compatible SonicLink-enabled DJ equipment for a streamlined wireless setup. For compatible devices without built-in SonicLink, the optional HP-TX01 transmitter provides another connection option.
Powerful, Detailed Sound for DJ Monitoring
The HDJ-F9 features newly developed 40 mm drivers engineered to deliver rich, well-defined bass extending into the sub-bass range. A dedicated bass-reflex chamber enhances low-frequency response, helping kick drums and basslines sound crisp and punchy.
The composite PEEK-PU-PEEK diaphragm helps control unwanted vibration, supporting clear, balanced midrange and high-frequency reproduction with reduced distortion.
Closed-back construction and an optimised internal design provide effective sound isolation, helping you monitor your mix in noisy DJ environments without needing to push the volume unnecessarily high.
Wireless Freedom with Bluetooth 5.3
Beyond DJ performance, Bluetooth 5.3 makes the HDJ-F9 suitable for everyday music listening and compatible wireless devices.
- SonicLink: Approximately 9 ms latency for responsive DJ monitoring.
- Bluetooth 5.3: Convenient wireless listening with compatible devices.
- Multipoint Bluetooth: Switch between connected devices more easily.
- Wired listening: Connect using the 3.5 mm stereo mini plug.
- Google Fast Pair and Windows Swift Pair: Supported for convenient pairing with compatible devices.
Bluetooth is ideal for general listening, while SonicLink is the preferred wireless connection for low-latency DJ monitoring.
Flexible, Comfortable and Built for the Booth
Designed around the movements of working DJs, the HDJ-F9 features swivelling earcups and a flexible headband, making it easy to monitor with one ear, listen with both ears or rest the headphones around your shoulders.
The extendable slider uses rugged die-cast aluminium construction for dependable everyday use. A secure bayonet locking mechanism helps prevent accidental disconnection when using a compatible headphone cable.
Finished in understated black, the HDJ-F9 combines a minimal, professional appearance with practical features for the booth, studio and home.
Customisable Features and Headphone Tracking
Compatible features of the HEADPHONES CONNECT app include status LED customisation, allowing you to adjust the visual appearance of your headphones. The model also includes a Find My Headphones feature designed to help you locate your headphones or trigger a sound when supported.
Long Battery Life for Extended Sessions
Keep your music going with a rechargeable built-in battery and flexible listening options.
- SonicLink battery life: Up to approximately 9 hours with the status LED off.
- Bluetooth battery life: Up to approximately 25 hours with the status LED off.
- Full charging time: Approximately 2.5 hours.
- Quick charge: Around 30 minutes of charging provides approximately 2.5 hours of SonicLink listening with the status LED off.
