The Service Provider may recommend against flattening if the likelihood of success is low.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"2815\" data-end=\"2966\"\u003eWhere applicable, customers may be asked to provide photographs or videos before shipping records for assessment. \u003cspan class=\"\" data-state=\"closed\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 data-section-id=\"1tzwhew\" data-start=\"2968\" data-end=\"2991\"\u003e7.
